5. Contracts and Payments

When you accept a bid, you enter into a contract with the expert. Payments are processed through our platform and held in escrow until work is completed and both parties confirm. Refunds and disputes are handled according to our policies. We may charge fees or commissions as disclosed at the time of transaction.

The information and services provided by dietitians and experts on our platform are for general wellness and educational purposes. They do not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical conditions. We are not liable for any health outcomes resulting from advice received through our platform.

7. Intellectual Property

Our platform, content, logos, and design are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission. Content you create (e.g., requirements, messages) remains yours, but you grant us a license to use it to provide our services.

8. Limitation of Liability
